The worst experience of my life, I found a property managed by this company and we dealt with Mike, Not only was he rude but made us lose a day of work going to his office for nothing because he decided not to give us the opportunity to apply for the property, not sure if it was because our lawful source of income or our race, I have never felt so discriminated in my life until that day. I email the owner to file a complaint about the treatment we received and I also email Mike to ask what was the base of his decision of not giving us the opportunity to apply for the property and no one bothered

Terrible business people put signs in front of your yard without asking, invasion of property. I had called to ask them and left a message to remove the signs trying to be nice but never called back or compiled.
If they can practice this terrible business practice without asking for permission then they will probably give you a bad deal on your home.

This place was very unprofessional when the year contract expired and I decided to manage my place on my own due to an urgent need to sell. With out my signature they refunded my tenant her deposit, who they placed with a large dog and cat, stating that it was a small dog, that destroyed my floors with urine. I was stuck dealing with a tenant who's animals ruined my house and no deposit to fix the damage. I would never do business with them again.
