If I could give no stars I would! First off, my roommate and I paid the $130 application fee to rent the apartment and told the we would be able to move in one month. The realtor then decided to give the property to other potential buyers and promised to refund us the application fee. After multiple calls and staff promising to refund us, we still have not received our refund! Stay away if you're trying to rent!

Realty Specialists was great. Sonja Snyder, my Realtor SOLD my house! She knowledgeable, Professional, and she has great negotiating skills. Her communication is great, she walks you through the whole process making home selling easier and getting the deal CLOSED! I would recommend her to anyone.
