Managers are very professional, they don't play favorites. Problems were taken care of as promptly as possible. When we first moved here there was one manager doing Everything, and she did an outstanding job. Any complaints were from a lack of understanding. We have met Abby, Sarah and the one maintenance guy. They were did very well at their jobs and were decent human beings as well. They knew how to hold a conversation, and that made you feel even more at home. The apartment are very roomy and open! So much cupboard room! Thanks to the management and the rest of the West River team for making

Electrical issues in the apartments. Plus it took them over 6 months to finally get us our garage and when they did there was a hole in the wall. When mentioned the manager said it wasn't a big deal and said they'd fix it, 2 weeks later we had it fixed ourselves. Any issue brought to the managers attention is waved off as unimportant.

So in my stay here since Sept. 2015, we have had three ownership changes from roers, to greystar, and now its friedman group.
Now i have had problems in my apt with the breaker box and problems with some of the appliances but since this new group came in, i have had nothing but good things come from them. Now granted some of the building is more or less pretty problematic since i moved in.
I have had nothing to say about the friedman group except good things. They work with us when we need the help and are very friendly. the maintenance guy is very nice and does a very very good job.
