This terrible company took over my lease the month before I moved out. During that month they were extremely rude and ignored maintenance requests to fix the buildings heat in the middle of December. A month after checking out they attempeted to fradulently charge me for an additional months rent and a fee of $350 after I had been told I would be getting my deposit back. Do not rent from these lying criminals who are now attempting to ruin my credit and sue me over $750 I never owed to them!

I asked for maintenance for my garage door when it got stuck and the office staff call a garage door company who came and fixed it. They delivered what the promised and I am now happy to be pulling in my garage once again and my garage works better than it ever did in the 3 years I have lived here. Evidently it was operating on one spring this entire time, but they have it working perfectly now.

We had the garage door break the day after Thanksgiving. Filed out a maintenance request and didn't have anyone get back to us until 4 days later. Said they had to get ahold of the owner to get it approved. Didn't fix it until they decided to sell the house, 5 months later. Then, they didn't even tell us they were sending anyone over until they were already there. They informed us we had to find somewhere else to live, in 90 days, in the beginning of a global pandemic. When the entire state was shut down. We finally found a place, had to deal with a family emergency across the country, so we moved
