I absolutely love the location, the friendly staff. Only problem I had was management said my apartment was move in ready, when it took an hour for walk through normal wear and tear, mind your it’s June. So it’s hot. My AC was frozen over and the blinds are broken to the patio. Little dissatisfied with move in and I hope it gets fixed soon. Other than that I’d say it’s a great place to live!

Big thank you to the Lincoln Meadows staff. We had the best moving in experience. Very friendly and flexible with our move in date. Maintenance was very quick to go into our apartment and fix our dryer. We are happy with our three bedroom/two bath apartment. Great place and staff! family friendly apartment complex and very quiet.

Pretty good for the most part. Till you need something. Got locked out of my apartment and it took them over an hour to find the key. That is after they remembered I was locked out. Adamant about having a parking sticker and and only one vehicle out front per unit, but if you are their buddy you can have 3-4, so nobody else can park out front.

We just moved in, I love the way the apartment looks, really can’t complain about the management. The only issue I had was carpets. When you have a long distance move and your first chance to relax you step on gummy-like carpets it’s very unpleasant. It was like stepping on soggy moss. I spend days shampooing every single spot, they had someone come out and also shampoo it. I have since shampooed them AGAIN. I’m still coming out with black water. These carpets should have been replaced. Forget cleaning. We’ve been here less than a month.

I love living at Lincoln Meadows. The entire staff here is wonderful and so easy to work with. I appreciate their attempt to keep parking controlled. It’s aggravating to come home to cars not valid to park in parking lot but since the parking permits were implemented it’s been easy to find parking when I come home late. We have been here 2 years and management is the best now than it was prior. I would recommend moving here to any friends and family. Thank you To the staff for being wonderful and fulfilling work orders timely.

Place has really taken a dump the last couple of months. It was bad before but has somehow ,managed to get worse. Everything about this place is cheap. Walls are paper thin, overerran with pets. Nasty hallways with no ac. Feels like an oven . Too cheap to turn on the AC in the in the halls. Go to Custard Landing . I tried to get in there but they didnt have anything.Much nicer, better managed for the price. Forced to pay online and take the 18.00 a month charge. So cheap, they have the poor maintenance man cleaning the halls. No wonder maintenance falls behind because the other one sits in the

This place is mediocre at best. Lived here for 1.5 yrs and here's a true review:
Price: middle of the road. Sierra Ridge and Raven's ridge are cheaper on base pricing. It is nice that heating and water is included in the rent but electricity, cable, internet, etc. are not. KEEP IN MIND: the hot water runs out in the winter. Showers are comfortable for an average of ~3 minutes before they cool off.
Appearance: This place has some serious upkeep issues. The grass isn't kept up right, there is always garbage lying around, the streets haven't been swept since I've lived there and the trees are all
