They scheduled my cats appointment at 930 during walk in hours and made my 19 year old stressed out cat wait almost 2 hours while they took walk ins before us. After they told me this would be a quick visit as it was just repeat blood work. Do they think my 19 year old cat enjoys waiting in a cage in the car for almost 2 hours while they skip us? My cat is stressed and it's breaking my heart. Wish they would care a little more. I thought if I came with an appointment it would be quick to get in, I waited less time last time I came as a walk in. Very disappointed. WILL NEVER BE BACK.

If I could rate this higher than 5 stars, I would..
We were very impressed by the service rendered by Wentworth Animal Hospital. Our male cat came down with cold and flu symptoms and he’s already back to his normal spunky self in a matter of only 3 hours post visit.
Allison took Baker in to see Dr Strader—both of these ladies showed a level of professionalism that is second to none. I truly can’t say anymore wonderful things. Wait time was long to be seen but 100% expected due to coming in at walk-in times. If you want to reduce wait times, make an appointment, or set realistic expectations

We recently moved to the area and chose Wentworth for our dog but unfortunately, we have not been impressed. It probably just comes down to short staff, too many patients, etc. but the amount of time we have to wait for everything is too much. Every time I call I am on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes but usually it’s more like 20. The wait times at the office, even with an appointment, have been at least an hour for them to bring our dog in. Finally, we had a lump checked on my dog’s side. We are very thankful it came back with no bad results!…but after two weeks (they told us 2 days to

I was very pleased with the staff. They were very caring with our cat Amy. She had a bad ear infection. I had never been there before. I was so grateful they were open. Amy loved the tech that worked with her. I have never seen so many people at a vet’s office on a Saturday. Thanks again for working her in. Our vet is closed on Saturday. Susan shoemaker👍🏻

Great Vets! My son found a kitten without a tail. This kitten only had a hole where the tail was supposed to have been an animal of some type had eaten the tail off. We took the kitten to the vet on a Thursday she didn't look like she was going to live. The vet there was so concerned they did everything they could to keep her alive. They removed over a thousand maggots and kept her in the hospital over the weekend. Monday afternoon they called to inform me that we could pick her up. They saved her life and send her back with medication. (This bill was inexpensive.) She is healthy & doing extremely
