I’ve noticed The customer service at many places in Lafayette has decreased lately. This place is one of them. Sat at bar for almost one hour, Ariel waited on us. We ordered a cheese board appetizer & food. She kept saying the food was coming out but it doesn’t take 1 hour to make a “Cheese board”. After an hour I Told her to bring the check. Food finally came out. We we’re so ready to go didn’t even look over receipt. We get home & it’s literally just our appetizer in there. And to top it off it tasted horrible. cheese didn’t taste right & bread was soggy. So we threw it in the

The bartender working 9/19/21 Sunday Brunch from 10AM-2PM shouldn't be working as a bartender. Her lack of warmth was palpable. A server made an eye-rolling gesture at her behind her back. Maybe she was having a bad day but it is our first time at Pour for brunch and to say we felt unwelcome would be an understatement.

I visited last week when I was in town. Food was good and the service was great. Staff was super friendly. However, I did not appreciate how the manager who I believe is named Madison spoke to her staff. She seems to create a hostile work environment and I just felt bad for the staff, so they get 3 stars.

Honestly, really disappointed with the service. I know that restaurants are struggling to find good people but this is the third time in a row that we have been here and have had terrible service. Other servers went to their tables every few minutes and it wasn't even busy! I had to flag ours down multiple times. Our app sat in the kitchen forever and it was noticeable. It sucks because their food and drinks are phenomenal! We ended up leaving after the app and going to another place.

Amazing dining and bar place in lafayette. During my stay in Louisiana Lafayette, I had fine-dined out there two times. My experience was amazing! The food and drinks were fantastic. This place is a bit crowded but still, the server managed to serve right. So, my wife and I have eaten here several times before and enjoyed the food. We went for Sunday Brunch this week and I have to say, we were disappointed. I started with a cup of chicken and sausage gumbo. It was good, but not great. It was very dark and thick, which I love, but it lacked flavour. For my main I ordered Grits and Grillades. For $15 I got a bowl of gouda grits, which were great, and maybe 2 tablespoons of extremely greasy grillades. I mean, there was an orange ring of grease that my grits were swimming in. Have had a great time in the past. Their tapas are great. The blue cheese chips and Asian wings are awesome. Today I ordered a salad to go they told me 15 minutes. I got there and waited an additional 20 minutes. I ordered a pear salad and it came with no pears or cherries which were on the description. I ordered chicken with it and it was pink in the middle, so I gave it to my dog. Sad :( because I like this place a lot.

Great food and fun atmosphere but NO ONE respected the mask mandate. It's one thing when you don't have your mask on because you are sitting and eating or drinking but patrons freely moved around the restaurant with no masks at all. Most patrons coming inside didn't have on masks. This is very shocking. I'm from one city over--Baton Rouge, and even there people mostly respect the rules and attempt to comply. It was obvious this is the place to come if you don't want to be required to wear a mask. People congregated around the bar like pre-covid times and with ZERO respect

On 6/13/20, I came to this eatery for the first time. I think the crab cakes are the best that I have tasted in a while. The tartar sauce made the crab cakes that much more dynamic! (Some YUMMY STUFF!)
A Big Shout Out goes to our Waiter Devin! He made sure that everyone was taken care of...even with a big service load. It literally looked like he was doing several tasks. In spite of doing the job of maybe 3 people, he still managed to maintain a great rapport with patrons and didn't seem to break a sweat or look pressured.

I tried this place while I town for work so I was alone. The happy hour menu is what drew me in. I got a whiskey smash, blue cheese chips and the mahi. I subbed the butternut squash hash for the Brussel sprouts. The blue cheese chips were good and the red pepper ketchup was amazing. I hate Ketchup and it made me love it. It made me hopeful for the entree. Unfortunately, it was a huge bust. The mahi was coated in black pepper and that's all you could taste. I had to scrape it off. The hash was hard and flavorless. Had the opportunity to eat here with friends a few weeks ago and can't wait for the next opportunity. The place was packed so we started our evening outside on the patio with wind whipping around us. There were only two heaters and they didn't afford much comfort to the ten or so tables. We got ourselves on the list for inside and ordered cocktails and appetizers to begin our wait. The craft cocktails were delicious and the wine cards ingenious for those who didn't have a preference and wanted to sample. The charcuterie plate was just okay, small with fairly standard choices

We came here for dinner before our date night at painting with a twist. First off the place is really cool with how the design and atmosphere is. We got the pour burgers with fries and Thai chicken wings (boneless) - everything was really good. Tasty and made exactly how we asked. The service was really quick and our waitress was great! Would for sure recommend this place to anyone in Lafayette that wants to try somewhere new and different for a good date night.

They may have good food, but their customer service is horrible. When you call them to get information about the restaurant. They hang up on you and on the 4th time, they just stop answering the phone. Call me persistent but I'm calling them for a reason. I'm not a prank caller. If the employee I'm calling for isn't available ask how you can better assist me. Hanging up is not the answer. HOW RUDE!
