Amazing food and service. We normally get the swanky burger which I should say is ground meet not a patty all cooked to order never Pre cooked as is all their food.

Bread not cooked or toasted. Salad mix was added instead of lettuce which contained carrots and purple cabbage. Only 4 onion rings were put in the box and there was less than a handful of fries in the other box. They said 25 minutes. I was there early and it was cold. Not cooking the bread made it tastes stale. For $23.00 I expected a lot more. Not sure I will attempt another try. Swanky’s….make me change my mind? I know your stuff is better than this, but somebody in the back let you down Big Time!

Honestly just less happy with the place than I wanted to be. May have been my guests more than the restaurant, so I'll try again. Fries were soggy and service was slow, but the shrimp was pretty great and the price was fair to feed 4

Great fast casual food in a cozy atmosphere. The stuffed shrimp, roast beef poboy and both the seafood and chicken and sausage gumbos were standouts. I was surprised that everything was served on/in disposable plates, cups and bowls, with disposable silverware; I'm not a fan of creating that much waste.
