My son took his Camaro here and we were amazed at how friendly and professional the owner was. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. My son already bought the parts to change his thermostat but then decided he wanted to pay to have it done. He received a quote over the phone and then we dropped it off. When we dropped it off the owner asked if my son purchased the Fel-pro brand gaskets for the repair, (if you don't know these are the better brand gaskets). He said he would not use cheap parts to fix the car so he wanted to make sure his quote was accurate with the right parts so the job was done

Amazing customer service. We had a wheel fly off our brand new toy hauler. They worked us in the day before Thanksgiving. Great attitude. We highly recommend this facility. Breaking down 2300 miles from home with a brand new trailer is so disheartening but they turned a negative experience into a good experience. Thank you Tartan Auto Service. The guys at Tartan have saved us more than once. My daughters transmission module went out and they had it fixed in no time. They’ve come in on a day off and helped with some minor yet very inconvenient issues with a 15 year old car. They do all of our regular maintenance on all our vehicles and I couldn’t ask for a better mechanic.

Said nothing wrong with car transmission that if I switch from regular gas to 91 or 93 that the noise it makes would stop. Well I did wat he said an 3 weeks later an its gotten worse. Its still making noise and its stills slippin an not shifting right and the digital thing in the dash clearly says error transmission

Great place to fix your car, Daryl and his people were very nice, our truck threw a code and started acting up on our way to Williamstown (Ark Encounter) we found his website and even though he wasn’t open officially he was kind enough to diagnose and fix our truck, we drove back to Nashville with no issues at all. Go take your business there I promise you won’t be disappointed.
