Lori is amazing to work with! We bought our first house with her and she guided and educated us every step of the way. Fast forward a few years and she sold our house for us and helped us find a new home. She not only got us an above ask sales price, but she was also able to negotiate a very fair purchase price in an extremely competitive market. She is amazing at filtering out what you don't want and finding what you do want. She understands the Denver metro market extremely well. We have worked with Lori and her team on both the buying side and selling side. She was wonderful to work with every step of the way. She has repeatedly gotten us above-asking sale prices and gotten us great deals on the purchase side. As a buyer, I had a great experience with Lori. We had a small budget (for Colorado) and were having trouble finding anything we'd feel comfortable moving into and were considering another year or two in an apartment. Lori drove hours with me in all directions, and acted immediately when we found the place we wanted. We ended up in new construction on a great little street and couldn't be happier.
