Natalie was smart and knowledgeable from beginning to end. At every showing, she made accurate predictions of how much a house was worth, how much it would appraise for, the current market situation, and how to make a strong but careful offer. She checked in at every deadline to help things to go smoothly. She even showed up to closing to help go over documents and make sure everything matched up, which was particularly useful as a first-time homebuyer. Would recommend her to anybody!

Colorado Safari and Natalie in particular was incredibly helpful through the entire process and made selling my home super simple. She took the time to explain everything I signed. Her advice for preparing the property and the staging she did almost made us not want to leave because it looked like a brand new home!! She even hired her son out to help move 4 tons of concrete I had piled in the back from an old patio!!! Natalie and her team are amazing. Not all Realtors are created equal. She was able to sell our investment property with us out of town the entire time.
