Selling your home can be overwhelming. From your first meeting to after the sale, I'll provide my expert advice, knowledge and experience to help you accomplish your goals. I'll also utilize an aggressive, creative marketing strategy, designed to create maximum buyer interest and sales price. Ensuring your property receives maximum exposure and generates the greatest amount of buyer interest.
Go through your home, and give away or get rid of any items you no longer use. Box up those knickknacks, clean off the counters and get a head start on packing. Buyers will look everywhere, so organizing cabinets and closets will make for a much better showing. Pack away those personal items and photos.
Viewing your home through the eyes of the buyer, we will come up with a staging strategy to get the most money for your house. When everything is in place, I'll put your home on the market so that potential buyers can view it and possibly see it on short notice. While under contract, the buyer will work with their mortgage provider to finalize the loan.
Once you've decided it's time to sell we'll want to schedule a time which is convenient for you to meet and view your home. This will allow me to assess your homes unique features, discuss your reasons and goals for selling, and answer any questions you might have. I will then develop a customized marketing strategy designed to accomplish your goals while maximizing the sales price of your home.

Matt Mulcahy was a referral from my brother. A few years back, my brother Alex was looking to purchase a home and ran across Matt. Alex stated Matt was professional, kind, and he had a great personality. My brother thought we would get along. I have received numerous emails and text messages from Matt Mulcahy Even after asking him to please stop sending me emails and text. I have blocked him on my phone but the emaidl still keep coming. I have never met this person nor have I ever talk to this person or requested anything from him. But I am asking for him to please stop contacting me or I will go to the realtor division in Colorado and file a complaint.
