After completing the 360 Profile, where I evaluate your gait, your current level of performance, and any injuries or special circumstances, I will design an individualized fitness plan to match your needs while reaching the goals you want.

Working with Natural Fitness is more than lifting weights. If your goal is to perform better, you will - but you will also learn about living an active lifestyle. You will develop better posture, better balance, better body awareness, a better you. Whether you are a high school or college athlete wanting to improve your performance or a new mom whose back hurts from holding your baby, your program will be unique to you.
The 360 Profile is designed to establish the current base-line of your health and fitness. I discuss your short-term and long-term goals for fitness and review your complete medical history. This is followed by a full postural and gait analysis, establishing body regions that need corrections, strengthening and development.
