The complex is nicely landscaped, with ample trees and some open areas, as well as a fairly large pool and a spa. The gazebo is a good place to relax, and some people use it as a smoking venue. Pets are welcome, which is a definite plus. Recently, low-flow faucets and low-energy bulbs were installed which made the lighting in the kitchen and bathroom much better than before- From a verified resident.

The people and staff are friendly and accessible ..Lots of parking and the management team has my best interest at heart. Maintenance and service staff are friendly and on top of things. The grounds are well manicured, the pool sparkles and the laundry room is well serviced, clean and lots of books to read. - From a verified resident on Apartment Ratings

Really the only good thing about this complex is its location. The staff was friendly at first like Ashley and Jason (first, was an office employee, latter was a maintenance man) however both no longer work there.
Got a couple of unprofessional comments from the manager (Denise).
Parking was ridiculously stupid, one spot per appartment so good luck inviting people over.
Gym is a joke, small and inadequate for anything but basic workouts.
They don't have A/C they have swamp coolers, which is fine but they turn them off for the winter, then they don't turn them on again untill May. It can get

Swamp coolers are not serviced correctly so all the units are miserable like my own and from what all my neighbors have stated. Landscaping is poorly maintained, trim trees, bushes but not clean up debris following. Don't waste your time on the place especially with the grumpy ladies in the office that like to pick and choose who they want to enforce the rules against.

Don't expect to ever be able to get a hold of someone. I tried calling every day for a week to cancel holding on the apartment. Hope you enjoy that $200 deposit. Just a thought but maybe actually have someone that will be at the office to help people instead of closing early every day and taking 2 hour lunch breaks? Just a thought.

I initially moved into this complex because it was the only place that rented a one bedroom apartment that wasn't outrageous in price. I unfortunately had to sign my lease via email because I was moving to the area but was too far away to visit and look at the place. I was thoroughly disappointed when I moved in.
The apartments are WAY out of date. I had to call the maintenance office multiple times to fix drawers that broke, my oven handle fell off, my swamp cooler stopped working. Yeah that's another thing, they advertise "air conditioning" but its a swamp cooler.

Nice office staff. But my upstairs made a huge mess with their sugar water hummingbird feeder and I went to the office about it and they said it would be cleaned up. 3 weeks later I'm on my porch with boiling water and a sponge scrubbing it myself. Oh and there were any literally everywhere. They say they will do something but they don't. Also be prepared to be woken up at 8am to construction or landscaping.
