Terrible customer service!! I recently called inquiring about their complex, as well as a family member while I was at work, and they never returned our calls! I have talked to other people with the same complaints in town here. A tenant who lives there told me the site manager(named Renee)sits in the office and intentionally ignores calls from tenants and the public. Covid-19 or not, they should have common courtesy enough to get back to you even if there is no availability! I have a strong feeling they ignored calls from potentially displaced tenants at a nearby complex because we are low income

This has been the best residential rental experience I've ever had, hands down. Renee the property manager is always friendly, quickly responsive and endlesy helpful. The staff here goes out of their way to build a sense of community. The property is wonderfully maintained and always kept clean. The neighbors have all been quiet and respectful, often times friendly and welcoming as well. It's just a great place to live.

I feel the need to get this out there. I think in the times we are in, in our country with the lockdown of almost everything peoples lives have been turned upside down you choose to charge late fees for people trying to stay above water when jobs have been closed no unemployment available and you charged my son about $700 in late fees On his rent that he was trying his hardest to get paid. Totally unexceptionable. That is heartless and not ok.

A great cozy place, my apartment was spotless when I moved in from abroad for a reasonable price. Management was responsive to my emails and diligent if there were any maintenance issues. My favorite part was when they did community treat bags and they would deliver it small gift bags to all the apartments. Even though my place was a public corner, it was most of the time surprisingly quiet.
A place I would recommend to anybody who's seeking for a simple cozy place. It is located at a perfect location where I felt safe.

The place is nice but the lady who works in the leasing office is literally never there and super irresponsible !! trying to move in was a mess she was super helpful but was just never available in person we mostly talked through emails. And when we get packages we never get the notice slip that it’s arrived and one time i went and asked her about a package and she said she didn’t see anything had arrived for me but she would check and WOW the package holder was filled to the brim she actually had to ask my boyfriend for help and she in fact did have put package and apologized. since living

My wife and I lived there for a year and a half. All in all it was a great place to live. The building and grounds are kept nice. The maintenance crew and management were very professional. We couldn't hear our neighbors through the walls and the in-unit washer/dryer was very convenient.
The overall cost to move in and the monthly rent was very reasonable and there's a monthly raffle which gives tenants the chance to win $100 off their rent. Sagewood is the most discriminating place to live they say no felonies allowed and they evicted me because my boyfriend was a felon and was NOT LIVING WITH ME..... in true fact I have met many tenants living in Sagewood who have WORSE felonies what a Hypocrite this place is..... my suggestion is DON’T believe the hype about this place... I would like to also add that if you google felony friendly places to live in cottonwood AZ SAGEWOOD APARTMENTS comes up as the first place..... there is NO PRIVACY and they do not treat there tenants with respect
