My little boy and I went here for dinner around 7 on a Tuesday evening. The waitress was so nice, very pleasant, and checked on us regularly despite having about 6 other tables. I got the spider roll and the chicken tempura- both were really good. The regular miso soup and salad with ginger dressing that you get at pretty much all Japanese restaurants was the same as any; the lettuce was a bit wilted. My 2 y/o LOVED the chicken tempura, it also had a slice of carrot, sweet potato, and a broccoli. I have to say the soft shell crab was the best I'd had at a few other sushi places recently- it

This is a Chinese sushi joint. The sushi chefs have no personality unlike at other places, they don't greet you and don't even say a word at all, don't smile, just standing there like robots. Servers are decent but also lack customer service skills of service industry. Brought us soups that were lukewarm. Sushi nigiri and sashimi are cut paper thin even though the prices they charge here is a lot more than most sushi restaurants in Denver area ($7.95 per nigiri order of salmon). Most fish we tried (we did 7 different nigiri and also sashimi deluxe platter) were all days old by color

New to town and trying to find a good sushi spot. I decided to check this place out, and it did not disappoint! I tried the Yummy Yummy roll, and it was good! It had a very light flavor. I also tried the Happy Family Roll and it was so good! It was slightly spicy and I liked the texture of it better, but I would order both of these rolls again. The service was great as well. I can’t wait to go back and try some new rolls!

Was looking for a sushi place to try nearby and register one seemed to fit the bill.
The service was outstanding, ambiance was good including the Japanese music to add an extra touch.
The egg drop soup was a good combination of broth and egg. The sesame dressing on the salad was tasty, not over sesame.
The chicken fried rice was good although will mention that it appears they use some bacon rendering to cook it in so it may bot be for everyone.
The spring rolls that came with the lunches were crispy outside and a nice mix of vegetables inside.
The teriyaki chicken lunch came with chicken (properly

Was looking for a sushi place that has a large selection and gluten free accommodations. This placed seemed to have both from what I can tell, so I came on a Saturday evening for dinner.
I started off with a small hot sake, which tasted fresh and clean. I then ordered a salmon avocado roll and "the Loveland roll" (See attached pictures). My waitress spoke with the chef to let him know I was allergic to gluten and lactose intolerant. I also was given a bottle of gluten free soy sauce. The salmon avocado was a decent size and contained a decent amount of salmon. The Loveland roll was also

There aren't too many choices when I'm visiting Loveland CO and want authentic Japanese food. I usually order the hand rolls or sushi and each time it is fresh, delicious and plentiful. I prefer the pan fried Gyoza over deep fried. The staff are always friendly and professional. I'm so glad they made it through the worst part of the pandemic and can resume normal business.

Wow, solid spot for a pretty and yummy sushi lunch that is also filling. Terrific, attentive and quick service, the lunch specials are incredibly priced for value and quality. Enjoyed a sashimi lunch for $15 - included salad, miso soup, spring roll, 9 pieces of sashimi, and rice. My daughter had a rolls lunch special. One of her rolls was deep friend and out of this world good! Fresh and healthy if you don't count the deep fried rolls - but all delicious! We don't live too close to frequent but bookmarking as a new spot for drives north of Denver.

Love Kobe Sushi! They have varied and large menu not only for sushi choices but for those who maybe don't love sushi... there are different types of teriyaki..... beef, chicken, salmon as well as many other Japanese dishes.
The restaurant is comfortable, stylish and kept well.
The staff is friendly and helpful if you have any questions. I enjoy each time I visit.

Great place to get sushi in Loveland! Whether you're in the mood for traditional nigiri rolls or Asian fusion sushi, there really isn't a bad option on the menu.
I'm a big fan of the unagi (eel), dragon roll, Las Vegas roll, and spicy tuna roll. I also recently tried the volcano roll and was pleasantly surprised -- if you like wasabi, this is a roll worth checking out!
The prices are reasonable and the service has always been great.
