Got an appointment within 5 days of calling, and came here for an overdue oil change. They have a great looking interior waiting area, filled with antique auto shop equipment. Worker at the desk was polite, and the service was quick. Often times when I bring my car to big-chain auto shops, they always try to upsell me on unnecessary services. However, I did not experience anything like that here. Went home with the cheapest bill I've ever had after taking my car to the shop.

I've been using Richfield Auto Center for as long as I can remember, and the guys do a terrific job. They're fair and honest, take the time to explain what the manufacturer recommends in terms of service, and what can or cannot wait. Vinnie is just as helpful as Van was for years. I highly recommend Richfield Auto Center!

I've been taking our cars to Richfield Auto Center since we moved to Richfield over 25 years ago. These guys are great at diagnosing and performing repairs as well as all preventive maintenance (i.e. oil changes etc.). If something can be fixed instead of simply tossed and replaced, they can do that, unlike a dealership that typically specializes in just swapping parts. Prices are also very fair, mechanics very honest and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go any place else for non-warranty work.

I can't remember not using Richfield Auto Center - all others are a bad memory - for my work trucks, personal vehicles and my 1969 Canned Ham camper. They kept my wife's car going for 11 years until it became a rusted hulk "not worth repairing". "The Men in Back" know what they're doing and do it with the utmost in professionalism and creative thinking. They take the time to explain the whats, whys, and wherefores of each item and if it needs doing immediately or not. Thanks for your many years of guidance and reliable service. My experience with Richfield Auto over the last 6 years has always been exemplary. Van and his crew (shout out to Vinny) have taken such good care of my cars. Richfield Auto Center has been my service center since.......Well, I can't remember when they weren't. Sure, I've had service by other "garages" good and bad, but, Van, Kevin and Vinnie are the most professional, caring, informative team I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I trust them 100% to take care of my work trucks, personal vehicles and even my 1969 Canned Ham camper. This auto repair facility is operated by a long-time Richfield resident. I've always found Van to be fair, and he's gotten me out of a few binds over the years by squeezing me in without an appointment when I had an emergency.
