Fuerst Automotive was started in 1968 as a one-man, family-owned auto repair shop serving Broadview Heights. Our family purchased the shop with the goal of building our own business and continuing to provide a valuable service to the community. The best thing about purchasing and owning our own shop is that we can treat people the way we would want to be treated.
Our ASE certified auto repair technicians have over 100 years of combined experience working on all types of cars and trucks, including hybrids and fleet vehicles. We have won four national awards for training and service through AC Delco, and we have a BBB A+ rating. Our repairs and quality parts come with a 2 year/24,000 mile warranty.
Unless your vehicle requires premium gasoline, filling up your vehicle with high-octane gas is a waste of money. The premium gas doesn't boost your gas mileage or performance. If you're not sure what grade works best for your vehicle, your owner's manual will tell you. You can also ask your mechanic what grade to use.

Came in an hour till close because my car was making noises last second and they had no problem helping me get back on the road safe and sound ! Even scheduled my car to get completely fixed for the next day ! They even offered me a vehicle to use while my car gets worked on! They were so polite and respectful! I was driving my daughter’s car and realized her tire was extremely low. This had been on ongoing problem. I stopped into Fuerst Automotive without an appointment and they diagnosed the problem, sealed the rim and sent me on my way within a matter of a half hour. The technician took me into the garage and showed me that the tire had a leak and then brought the rim to me and showed me how corrosion had built up and he explained that they would sand that down, seal the tire, and rebalance it. I was so grateful that they could help me right there on the spot, as my daughter is home from college

Fuerst was great! Wendy and Rick, I believe, were both professional and courteous. I had a coupon for a free oil change. Afterwards, less than a day later, I got several helpful emails sending me an entire inspection report and online account where I can view all of my service history. I love that Fuerst has this option!

Fuerst Automotive is a great place to have service your car. They price fairly and the customer service from Nick and Wendy is excellent up front. They do very good work and are never afraid to go above and beyond. From plugging a tire to an inspection for a noise. They take customer service seriously. Fuerst Automotive can not be spoken of highly enough in my opinion. Wednesday we were traveling home from Detroit back to Pennsylvania and our vehicle started losing antifreeze and was running warm. We stayed in a hotel and started making calls first thing Thursday. Not only did Fuerst add us into their schedule, but they also loaned us a car so we didn’t have to sit and wait for the radiator to come in. They had us on the road by 4 pm and we couldn’t be more thankful! Amazing service, and amazing people working at Fuerst make me wish we had them here in Pennsylvania.

Why all the love? While I'm not related to the owner or anyone who works there, they still feel like family because that's how they treat me, and there's no doubt in my mind they'll treat you the same way. I 100% trust Fuerst to do the right thing and treat my cars like they would treat their own. Can you say the same about where you take your car? If you had to think it about for before answering "Yes, I love my mechanic,"

After coming back from a very long drive to Florida and back, our family's only car was making some very funky noises. That grinding noise that screams "your brakes are bad!" with every stop. You know the type, I'm sure. Since it *is* our only car, we needed it fixed right away. Fuerst was able to take the car immediately when I brought it in and was more than willing to have someone drive me home. If your looking for a no nonsense, upfront, honest auto care use these guys. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and knows that customer care is number one. You will not find this kind of auto care at any chain stores or dealership. They give you a eval on the car and txt you the results, they follow up with a phone call and give you an honest opinions. I've gone to them nine times with two different cars (I counted the receipts) - both American cars. Five of the nine times, I had to return because something was wrong with the job. Two of the nine times, I had to return more than once. They didn't charge me for the additional work and they didn't argue with me....therefore I gave them 2 starts (ok this part is subjective).
The last time they quoted me about $950 for some work. I thought that was really expensive, so I went to the dealer (yes the new car dealership) and they performed the

My dad likes them, so I do too. I recently got some work done and they seemed honest and fair in their pricing. They did however leave an air bubble in one of the lines going to my heater. That is no fun for the winter. My dad brought it back up to them (as I fear mechanics) and they fixed it immediately free of charge. Good customer service there.
