Dr. David R. Smith is a skilled dentist in Appleton, WI. He and his wife Veronica, also a dentist, are the proud parents of four sons; Sam, Ben, Nick and Daniel. A native Nebraskan, Dr. Smith attended Creighton University in Omaha, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1988 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1992.

My 4 year old son and I went for a visit today. The staff was so incredibly great with having cartoons on for my son during my cleaning, letting him help with the sucker thing, and making him feel great abut his own teeth. It's awesome when a dentist can make your child excited to go in for a cleaning!

I've always had good experiences with Dentists, but didn't now much about Apple Town Dentistry, so tried them out because they were close to my house. The office was clean, welcoming, and staff was friendly. On phone while scheduling and during check in and check out. I felt comfortable during exam and I was able to ask questions and trust I could get those answered. I was very happy and glad we chose them. OH, they also had healthy snacks in the fridge, LOVE that! :)

Are you afraid of the dentist?? Then your seeing the wrong dentist!!! You really need to go see Dr David Smith at Apple Town Dental. Dr. David Smith and his staff with have you coming back smiling every time. I have been to Apple Town Dental a several times now and each time I've been treated with true professionalism and compassion.

Incredible. From Carol (reception) to Sue (hygienist) to Dr. Smith, the entire staff is incredibly warm, bubbly, and a pleasure to work with. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with smiles, apples/oranges, and water. After mere moments, they hygienists are ready for you (I even arrived to my appointment today AHEAD of schedule) and they will offer suggestions if you're dealing with any sort of tooth/oral issues.

I had dental work done here and needed to have it redone at a different dental office a year later. I may also need root canal treatment as a result of this subpar dentistry. I knew right away the dentistry was subpar as I had numerous rough, sharp edges after the fillings were placed and the floss shredded while flossing in those areas.
