I work with couples, individuals, and families. I help my clients encounter themselves and reach for growth. Both for themselves and for those they love. I help people searching for peace, connection, and wholeness.

And because no single approach is right for everyone, I have training in a range of approaches including Somatic Experiencing (Provisional SE Practitioner), Emotionally Focused Therapy (Advanced Designation) for Couples, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).I left a successful career as a high tech executive because I knew there was more to life than money.
Services
I provide therapy for couples who wish to make positive and lasting changes in their relationships. I offer safe, compassionate and supportive counseling that allows each person to be heard and validated. Healing can happen in therapy, even for couples who are dealing with hurts, betrayals, lost connections, or other relationship issues.
Our sites do not accept insurance, but we can furnish a monthly master bill so that our clients can collect from their insurance providers. If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
Almost every romantic relationship starts off on a positive note - joyful, intoxicating - that sense of cherishing and being cherished. And yet, so many couples find themselves growing more and more distant over time. As conflict and argument become more frequent, many couples find themselves feeling frustrated, stuck and overwhelmed.
EMDR saved my life. I was diagnosed with Complex PTSD and tried 'regular' talk therapy for many years before I trying EMDR. I was skeptical at first when I was told that it would help re-program my brain to diminish the power that the trauma holds over me. After just six sessions, I noticed major changes in my triggers, anxiety, and even my sleep patterns.
You may have feelings of excessive and unrealistic worry, accompanied with tension for little to no reason. You may feel intense anxiety when having to talk to strangers, entering rooms with unknown individuals, or even going to school or work. You may avoid all social interactions that could leave you feeling anxious and uncomfortable.
