We had our shower and tub drain clogged and we were desperately looking for an emergency plumbing service. These guys were quickest to respond and sent someone the same day. My double kitchen sink was backing up to the other sides. I tried some of home remedies but none of them worked so I called Professional Plumbers. They sent someone right away who cleared the blockage within the main drainage water line quickly to fix the problem. I was charged a very reasonable rate for the efficient service. I had a simple leak to fix under my kitchen sink.
When the plumbers finished “ repairing” the leak, they said the pipe was still dripping but they didn’t do anything to complete the repair and the plumbing under my kitchen sink is still leaking. In addition, I mentioned that the garbage disposal didn’t work and they said they could fix it. Not only did they not fix the disposal, but when they attempted to unclog the pipe, they clogged up my kitchen sink which they said would drain in an hour or so after they left. The sink is still clogged and was running fine before they touched the pipes
