I called Victor yesterday evening regarding a problem with our dishwasher leaking water through the air gap. He was so kind and FaceTimed me to see if he could help me fix the problem right then and there. He diagnosed a problem that required him to come out to take a look. He stopped by promptly this morning, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it right away. He was very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and well priced. I was very happy with the service and told Victor I will be calling him for all my plumbing needs from now on. Thank you Victor for the exceptional service!

Victor absolutely saved us. We had been told we needed to completely replace the sewer pipe for an astronomical price and have no water for at least 2 weeks while they dug up the street. Victor was able to expertly sleeve the pipe with a very steep drop that no one else could do. It was painless for us and saved us tens of thousands of dollars. Victor is kind, reliable and a true professional. Will use him again and again.

I cannot recommend Victor the owner of Victors Rooter and Plumbing highly enough. He personally answered calls on a Sunday and continued to talk me through problems and answered questions I had many days after. We probably spent 2-3 hours on the phone and I will tell you that you won't find a more professional, knowledgeable, kind and generous person to take care of your plumbing needs. He diagnosed and fixed my issues and he was genuinely happy to do it. Do yourself a favor and call him now.

Never called. After sending 4 messages and a phone call, company never responded. Don't understand how they have a high rating

Toilet backed up last night. First thing I did today was look at good reviews from Yelp for a plumber. Made some calls and sent some e-mails and Victor got back to me right away. He came and snaked my system and pulled out some huge roots. The most importnant thing to me was that he came wearing a mask and kept it on the whole time even when he was outside working by himself. Woud def use him again.

You know the sayin "I got a guy"? Well I'm happy to say that Victor is now our "got a guy"! He was a total professional with us. Punctual, hard working, and most importantly honest! He took his time explaining the job he was going to do and I never felt dumb asking him a question.
He did a sewer lining for us. Ours had a slip from the main house. He also did all our pipes below my home. 100% hire this guy. We went through about 5 different companies that definitely were trying to milk us for every nickel and dime. So, we are stoked to find someone that we wanted to work

Not only is Victor professional and his work quality, he’s also ethical—a decent guy. Hard to find any sort of contractor, especially in the plumbing industry, who isn’t trying to overcharge or scam you into doing work you really don’t need (which, by the way, happened to me, a few months ago, with a major plumbing company). He was kind enough to help me in dealing with said major plumbing company—which, unbeknownst to me at the time, had never acquired the necessary permit prior to doing the work. Victor is a complete professional. We originally called him to help fix our clogged sink - but it turned out our original pipes from 1927 were failing. Victor took video and photos along the way and showed us the inside of the pipes with his special camera. Victors was early for every appointment he scheduled with us and we are very happy we found him. After a complete sanitation re-pipe we are very satisfied. You should hire him.

I am totally recommending Victor to do repairs on your plumbing needs. He goes far and beyond to fix my sewer issues that were caused by another plumber who tried to scam me. Victor was willing to step in and suggested to me what's necessary or not. He fixed my broken sewer pipe in a matter of hours and did such an excellent job. He is honest, trustworthy and most importantly saved me from getting scammed by another plumber! He is very on time and also reasonable with his pricing. Totally recommending him and will always use him in the future.

Hands down the worst experience with any plumber I've had in decades of working as an estate manager handling private properties. Lots of empty promises, lies, delays, literrally telling you he's on his way when they have no intention of showing up. Leaving jobs unfinished with no care in the world or even a phone call to explain or apologize. I don't understand how he got these reviews unless they're all his friends because he didn't live up to single one of them, or his over the phone promises. Thank god this wasn't a major flood or emergency or our house would be underwater at this point. Highly

Called Victor for an estimate to have my sewer lateral replaced. He showed up the same day with his camera to inspect the line and give an estimate. The work was done in 3 quick days. He and his crew were polite and hard working. At the end of each work day, the job site was left clean and orderly. I highly recommend Victor for any plumbing needs. He's the best!

I called victor's rooter to check out an issue I had with my water heater. Victor arrived at the time he advised he would, was super efficient, friendly and informative about the issue! Victor fixed the problem in one day , he was was courteous and prompt, and he cleaned up afterwards. I'm glad I finally found someone I can count on. I couldn't be more appreciative and greatful. Victor’s Rooter is the best! He replaced my clean out and main sewer line connections after roots completely clogged the pipe. The plumbing was not done correctly the first time.
