The worst care ever. I requested Caregivers that were vaccinated and they told me that was not a problem because their caregivers were vaccinated. The first night the caregiver was not vaccinated. The second night the caregiver never showed. The third night the caregiver had a bad back and could not assist my sister to the bathroom. The next 2 nights the caregivers were more than 2 hours late. I complained to the Management and all they did was offer excuses and charge for the full amount. Now they are threating me because I will not pay the full amount for care that was not given. Please be careful

Right Accord provided an amazing care giver in Tina that helped my parents through some difficult years of dementia. They were fiercely independent, yet the amazing folks at Right Accord knew exactly how to mange them and also helped me understand how to deal with them as well as their dementia grew worse. Tina was our weekend care giver. Always prompt and professional, she was a valued member of the care team for my parents. I can’t thank them enough for the care and compassion they gave each of my parents in their final years. I highly recommend the team at Right Accord for any type of care

Right Accord was so awesome during the end of life for both of my parents. They had someone there as we needed. They provided great companionship and helped w all their basic needs.

During my husbands illness Rosemarie's advise and support was so helpful. We've got to appreciate her as a very compassionate caregiver. Her company is specialized in home care after surgery or illness. Each of Rose's staff has the certifications and is trained to fulfill the various task required to help us on the daily basis.
