Master Kee C. Ling, Chief Instructor -Studied and taught martial arts for over 50 years. He started out in Tai Chi in his early teens before he learned Karate and Taekwondo in his high school days. In 1969, he met Sifu Alex Kwok in Vancouver, B.C., Canada and began taking classes in Mi Zong Lo Han from him soon thereafter.
Kung Fu is a term which actually means the "mastery of a difficult task to a standard of excellence." Although Kung Fu is more popularly known as an art of self defense, there is much more beneath its surface. Kung Fu is the origin of the majority of Asian martial arts and includes far more than street fighting and self defense techniques.
