With decades of experience, US Property Management has managed a curated selection of properties. Through painstaking attention to detail, hard work and determination, we create significant value for our assets over time. We are proud to work with ownership through the entire life-cycle of an asset, from acquisition to disposition.
With an experienced team of on-site property managers we consistently keep an eye on tenant retention and value. We manage to maintain older, assets, better for less. By consistently being in the lowest quartile of our submarket for operating expenses, it allows us to be competitive on rental rates while maintaining a higher net rent for our owners.

Recently visited for some personal business. I have seen this building for years but never had any reason to go in. Nice office building with wonderful views of downtown Houston and the surrounding areas. I would recommend just parking in the parking lot across the street. Simple 5 dollar per hour rate.

As a sculpture lover, loved this Virtuoso sculpture.
Virtuoso is a 36-foot-tall, 21-ton outdoor concrete sculptural group by David Adickes. It was installed in 1983 on the outskirts of the Theater District in downtown Houston next to the Lyric Centre building. It was commissioned as a work that "paid homage to music, dance and performing arts".

We parked in the garage in error - it happened to be not the place we needed to come. Got back to the car 5-7 min later. There was the attendant in the booth but he said there is nothing he can do to help us. So we end up paying $10.00 (there was some sort of the event going on at the time) for the minutes of useless parking. So unfriendly and so not welcoming!

This review is from a tenant perspective. Over the last couple of years they have changed management companies at least twice. Neither one has been responsive to issues nor very professional overall. The elevators are extremely slow, the parking is horrible, the housekeeping service is mediocre, there is no tunnel access and no restaurants in the building now. They are doing renovations on the building and maybe someday it will be nicer but without better parking and better management, until that day comes you can do better if you are looking for office space in downtown Houston.
