Delta Drugs is great. I love their service and appreciate the discount they give me for my thyroid medication. I received the best of service recently from Delta Drugs. I have been a customer of theirs for the past ten years and have spoken to many of their helpful employees. This past week Jesse was instrumental in fixing a small problem I had with a payment. She followed though in a timely manner, and she is an asset to Delta Drugs. I just had a similar experience with Mai at Delta Drugs. She was able to help me in a timely, efficient, manner. I have the highest respect for this company thanks to such outstanding service.

I usually dont do this:), but have to say... Delta pharmacy supplies pills for my dad and my aunt, and I always deal with Ani, she is great!!! never gave any problem, also easy going and goes way beyond her normal duties to help with any questions that you possible have. Also, does everything promptly, and has great personality. Would definitely recommend using this Pharmacy one for major reason that they have Ani there:)

The first few months my son was born service was great and deliveries were on time. Now he is 9 months and it is NEVER on time. The last 6 months I have had to call in to find out where the formula is. One time it was "oops for some reason the packing slip didnt get printed" one time it was "we dont know why it didnt get put on the truck - its ready to go". This month I was told "It is in the servicing department...." Ummm it is the 22nd - it should have been delivered the 20th. No reason for the unreliability - the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. EVERY SINGLE time I call I

This is the WORST possible pharmacy in all of Los Angeles county. They are completely unreliable, rude, and fill prescriptions at their leisure... some months it will take 1 day and other months 2 weeks which leaves me without my medication. And if you have any issues - don't bother calling because they don't care. I brought this issue up with my doctor and he said that it's a common problem with Delta Drugs and he has switched all patients to other pharmacies.

Some employees give you excellent customer service and should be commended and rewarded, others need to be re-trained or fired. I have to use Delta Drugs for new glaucoma eye drops in order to have a lower co-pay. They finally upgraded their phone system from the ugly mess they had at the beginning of August. Don’t bother leaving a message if you get transferred to voicemail after being on hold. They don’t call you back! You have to follow up on everything whether you place a new order or a refill. All of them need to be fired, none of them know what is going on. Have been waiting on formula for months. Was told it would be here today by 8pm and of course it is not here! Been spending hundreds on formula that we cannot afford! Sad part is they are billing our insurance for formula we are not receiving.

The worst company to be your kid 's formula vendor! Worst! Every single month I have to send them a call to remind them to send my kid formula or they forget! So unprofessional. If this is your formula vendor I can guarantee you will have a lot of issues! Call a different vendor. your doctor will recommend a different vendor. This is the most lousy vendor to deal with. unnecessary hassles and stress .
