I am are currently buying my 6th residence , ( 2nd involving Brian) and while we have always been happy with our loan brokers, Brian's attention to detail ( beyond his actual required scope), advocacy for his clients, speed to respond is hands down the best I have ever experienced. My experience with this company was excellent, from start to finish! After checking rates and fees of two other mortgage companies, Brian of Good Neighbor Mortgage came in the lowest, hands down! Brian knew I was on a time crunch to get a prequalification letter in order to put in our offer before the deadline and he literally burned the midnight oil to make it happen. While in escrow Brian was so easy to work with and always available for questions via phone, email and text. We closed escrow in less than 30 days and now my husband and I are happy owners of another home! Thank you again!
