I have a 2014 Chevy impala. My car was overheating and smoking really bad. I took my car to the shop and Sam was very professional as well as Carlos the receptionist. Turned out I had a cracked radiator they were able to take care of the issue within a day. Sam seems to be a genuine person and he's really honest and fair with his pricing I definitely do recommend taking your vehicle here if you have any issues whatsoever they will go ahead and get the job done

I can’t write enough positive stuff about this place. Had an emergency on the freeway and found this place by a stroke of luck. Even though they were booked solid with other cars they took me in and got me hard to find parts. They were professional and did everything to get me back on the road in record time. Thanks so much!

Initially I wrote positive review for this establishment...turns out that I was a little bit hasty in giving them their praise. Fact is Carlos was very rude, dismissive and didn't even address my concerns about work they did previously on my car. They did not honor the warranty on the parts, they charged me for a new battery when in fact it was the alternator all along. When I tried to talk reasonably with Carlos he was rude. I called Sam and spoke to him and after a lengthy conversation he assured me that he would call me back in regards to some sort refund for the said part in question.

BUYER BEWARE!!! These guys are the reason people don't trust mechanics. The beady-eyed guy in the office tried to SCAM my mother-in-law out of $4,000! That's right, not 400, but FOUR THOUSAND dollars. She's a little old lady and came in claiming her transmission was bad. Guess what? They confirmed it! They took a down payment of over $2,000, then called her back a week later saying they couldn't find the transmission and she should go with a refurbished one (the same thing they were trying to convince her of initially, when she told them "No, I want a new one"). I have a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse spyder GT with a 3.8, 6 speed it's a car that is hard to find parts for and I usually have to order parts for it all the time and I don't like to wait for the parts especially because it's my everyday car, well I was amazed how Carlos was on his A game when it came to get parts for it, he wouldn't stop till he got the part and had it delivered that same day. Gt pit stop are great bunch of guys, I took my BMW X6 m to 3 other shops and they couldn’t finger out Wht it was, one of my Boyz was tellin me bout GT PIT STOP I called thm set up an appointment. Noticed there was black dust coming from what I assumed was my tire. Very concerned and from out of town, I thought I have to find a mechanic or take it to the dealer. Decided to go here. Let me first say!!! How welcoming they made me feel, explained to the gentleman of my concerns (a possible brake job). After the inspection, he explained that I still had 20 percent left on my brakes... the dust is common due wear , no hurry to change he state...Long story short!!! They fixed my car, I had them do the brakes...So when they quoted me the price I just about fell off my chair!!! NOT from sticker

My experience was similar to the couple that went to Vegas. I stopped by chance because my a.c, needed Freon and his shop happened to be open and right off of the exit I chose to take. He took care of me in a matter of minutes, charged a reasonable fee and was friendly. We chatted a bit about cars and he won my confidence. I made a mental note to get his card and use him next time I needed a car repair. Mind you his shop is over 30 miles from my house but that's how confident I felt about his ability and his integrity. Two must haves in a mechanic but you"'ll play hell trying
