I recently moved to the area and was looking for help with my brakes. They were halting and making my drives miserable. I was prepared to spend the money and time needed to fix the problem. Luckily, I did my research and Pro Stop he really great reviews. Took a chance and I can now vouch for the reviews. Mike is an absolute charm and more importantly so very honest and kind. He showed my my brake pads and how much "meat" were on them (Lol) and the condition of my rotors. He did not have to do that! He suggested a low cost fix and now my brakes are as good as new. This is a great company and I would trust them with all my future service if I lived closer. As a female from out of state, finding trustworthy car service can be hard to find. Bill is honest and friendly. My 2012 Hyundai Sonata died on the 215 (on July 4th!) and was towed to Pro Stop Auto & Brakes. I sent them an email on a national holiday and they responded the same day. They took a look the next day and informed me that the engine was seized and under a recall. He said it needed to be towed to a Hyundai dealership to be fixed. Originally i went to another brake shop and showed up right at 8 am when Google maps says they open. The place was still closed and workers were walking in all haphazardly, didn't feel comfortable at all. Decided to come here instead at about 8:10 am.... Immediately was greeted at the front. Worker was more than helpful and said he would take down my info and call me back once he figured out the diagnosis. I thought I needed new brakes and rotors, the employee let me know that wasn't necessary because my brake pads were still at 90% and recommended rotor resurfacing. The Job was allot less than

Wonderful Service and affordable pricing.
A month ago, noticed my car engine started to shake while driving. This business had great reviews on yelp so I took my car to the next day on Saturday.
There were able to diagnosis the problem (spark plug), had the needed part, and fixed it in a few hours. They were transparent throughout the process about what they saw, how much it would cost, etc. Best of all, they were professional and both the mechanic and the owner were very friendly.
Most of us don't need to visit an auto repair shops regularly , but for those in the Loma Linda/SB/Redlands

Today was my second time here. The first time I had a great experience, everyone was very friendly and honest. Went in for a standard oil change.
Yesterday I smelled something burning in the front of my car. I remembered running over a trash bag that blew on to the freeway from the high winds. I couldn't see it so I decided to drop in here. I was taken care of very quickly! They did confirm I ran over a bag but that my car was fine and that most of the bag was burned off (haha). They also noticed my light was on to check the air in my tires so they took care of that as well! Great customer

Since I moved to the area 4 years ago, I have only been to this auto repair shop. Mike has been so helpful and nice since day 1. He explains what is going on with my car and what he recommends. As a Woman it is hard to fine a reliable mechanic who will take the time to listen and explain so you can truly understand. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!!

Bill, Mike, Casey and the rest of the crew at Pro Stop are an impressively professional team. They always greet me and my wife with a smile and friendly attitude, and they always go out of their way to help even if it isn’t convenient for them. Whether oil changes, engine diagnostics, brake work — anything we ever do at Pro Stop comes out high-quality, reliable work at honest prices. Having gone to them for over 4 years straight, I get the feeling that some of the “one star” reviewers are just spiteful people rather than being legitmate concerns with Pro Stop integrity.

I have taken my car here a few times and have had a great experience every time!
Recently, I called and they were able to get my car in on that same day! I decided to wait there for it and they were super fast and my car was ready in 15 minutes!
The man at the front was super knowledgeable and nice and the prices were fair. He took time to explain to me what could be wrong with my car.
Overall, super friendly, good service, and fair prices! I will definitely be back in the future.

Hi Bill! (The owner) just spoke with you and got a good advice to stay away from Nissan's CVT trans! ;)
The owner, Bill is super nice and knowledgeable. I called up to receive a quote for pre used car inspection, which runs about hundred bucks, and also received a kind and thoughtful explanations regarding my potential used car that i was looking to buy.
I don't think i will buy the Nissan, because of the series of CVT trans failures, but I wasn't sure.
I spoke with Bill, who probably did hundreds of repairs and diagnosis on many cars, and he recommended me to stay away and solidified

We had to put our 2007 Tahoe in here a few weeks ago, the repair was a major one and took three weeks, and throughout that whole time the communication, professionalism, and everything in between was spectacular. It's never a fun or happy situation when your car is in the shop, but when you have people like Mike, K.C, and an owner of a shop that cares, it gives you peace. So happy we found them and I would highly recommend them to anyone else in need of a repair.They have help certificates on their wall and from the first phone call to them it's easy to understand why! Thank you guys so much!

If i could give zero stars i would. I would never use this shop again! I took my 2001 Honda Civic here after an overheating issue. They kept it for nearly three days, told me they ran a pressure test many times, that it wasn’t the head gasket. They told me the problem was a faulty thermostat and worn out radiator cap. I had them do the work they said it was, and sure enough, NOTHING CHANGED!! I was still having the same exact issues than before i brought it to them. I took it to another shop, they had it for four hours FOUR HOURS, and told me it was a blown head gasket, and that they definitely

My free oil changes from the Toyota dealership has come to an end, so it's time for me to find a reliable auto shop to get my oil changed. I decided to go to Pro Stop Auto & Brakes based off the 5-star reviews. I came in at 10:00am as a walk-in. I was greeted by Bill, who happened to be the owner. He was friendly and upfront with pricing for the service I needed. Thankfully I got there at just the right time as they just finished an oil change and I was next. My second time coming here for my Yaris. I love these guys. As soon as you walk into the door, you're greeted with a smile (it's the little things) They are knowledgable and dont make you feel pressured to pay for random stuff. I asked them to check my tire pressure and they offered to check all my fluids as well. They are also Affordable!!!!
