You can get to work, keep your appointments, drive the kids to school, and run your errands with our loaner car at your disposal. If you don't have an extra car to use or extra money laying around to pay for a rental car while your car is in the shop.

WOW! Wow! Wow! I am very picky about where I take my vehicles. I have been screwed by a mechanic before. So trusting is very jard. My truck lost break lights and turn singles. I thought I was looking at a 4 figure bill it wasn't! And they got it done a day earlier than expected to. Which was a plus. I could not recommend these people enough. They have my business forever.

I've brought many Ambulances here through my work and the first time I took my personal vehicle here and am very happy with the quick turn around time and friendly workers I really appreciate that they send you a link with how the vehicle inspection went I'll definitely be returning and recommending Fathful to others

My car broke down on the way to work on a Wednesday. I called Faithful Auto and Lance said that if I got it towed there, they would try to fit it in as soon as possible. Due to an issue with my towing service, they didn't get my car until late Thursday. It was a Holiday weekend so I didn't hold out much hope for the repairs to be done. On Tuesday, they called with some bad news, that my radiator was cracked. They ordered the part and had my car ready for pick up by Wednesday afternoon. They answered all of my questions and were speedy. I absolutely would trust Faithful Auto Repair with my vehicles

I brought the car in on a Thursday morning with a potential transmission problem. Very friendly and informative intake. By mid afternoon I received a detailed text message about the health of my vehicle. That was quickly followed up by a phone call by a technician explaining the results. They found the problem with the transmission and were able to find the part and I had my working vehicle back by noon the next day. All costs were communicated up front. Overall great experience. Thank you!!

Best place I have ever been, came there looking for a nice first car and got found my now amazing new car! If you want a dealership or and auto shop with people that care come here! I worked with Jon and he was the sweetest man i’ve ever met! This process alone was going to be hard for me but they made it so easy and helped me out. They really care for their customers and I will tell everyone about this incredible establishment till the end of time!
