Prices are decent. They ordered the incorrect part and installed it. They didn't realize the missed a part of what I wanted replaced. Only when I got home did I realize they didn't replace the seal. Called and at first was talking to the mechanic. He acted as if I was wrong.... He then handed me to the original person I talked to and she checked the notes and seen I was correct. They said bring it in and they would fix it. Wasnt exactly a convenient thing but they did fix it.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a shop, I paid for almost $3000 of work and not even 2 months later it’s having the same issue it came in for, with a guarantee that it wouldn’t do the same thing again. Then they supposedly did a tune up, I checked the plugs and coils because it was misfiring and they all had the factory paint markings on the top of the pouch, will never bring my vehicle back to them ever again, over my dead body will they ever see one of my cars or trucks again

I took my truck there in 2018 for a power steering pump, I had to take it back 3 times, it kept leaking. Even after the 3rd time, missing work for all this it still wasn't fixed. I ended up taking it somewhere else, finally it was good. Until now, only 2 years later the parts they used failed and I paid a shop $800 to do it again. It was fixed the first time. I don't not recommend anyone take their vehicle here, spend the extra at a shop with good reviews.

Owner is really rude, they took they're time getting my car on the rack and then didn't even do the alignment, I was scheduled for 8am they told me my front suspension wasn't tight enough so I took it home they told me to come back at 11am and in a hour all they did was pull my car in. I asked for front end and he wanted to charge me for all 4 at an hourly rate of 80

Great Place !The owner is honest and beyond knowledgeable he knows his stuff and a great guy .. Family owned and operated .Not out to take money or sell you parts you don’t need . Busy place but they get it done , very happy with my truck they removed and replaced the engine just one of many repairs . Mechanics all highly skilled and trained Truck runs great wouldn’t take it anywhere else . They have done alignments to steering gear box to ball joints , tie rods to my oil changes and tires . Great Job Cut Rate Auto keep up the great work .
