Curt Walker has specialized in consumer and small business Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases in Minnesota for over 40 years. He has filed more than 40,000 bankruptcies in his career and spoken at numerous Bankruptcy Institutes and Continuing Legal Education Seminars. He has operated the Law Offices of Curtis K. Walker since 1977, with offices in Minneapolis, St Paul, Blaine and Brooklyn Park.
Ethan attended St. John's University for his undergraduate coursework where he majored in Economics and Political Science. He went directly onto law school at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, graduating with his Juris Doctor in 2017, and was admitted to practice law in Minnesota shortly thereafter.
Before Walker & Walker, Jacquelyn worked for numerous nonprofits, always with the goal of helping others. She believes consumer bankruptcy is a powerful way to help Minnesotans live less stressful and more stable lives. For Jacquelyn, interacting with people every day is the best part of the job. She enjoys providing expertise and resources for clients during all stages of their bankruptcy so they can feel at ease during the process.
Andrew Johnson, affectionately known as AJ around the offices, is an Associate Attorney who began his work with Walker & Walker Law Offices in early 2019. AJ's undergraduate focus at the University of South Dakota was in psychology and criminal justice, after graduating from USD he went directly to USD's School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2009.

When we needed someone to help us we were referred to Walker and Walker. They took the stress off of us and dealt with our creditors. They will do everything they can to help you understand the process. I now can sleep at night. When you lose a job or get under water call Walker and Walker. It will cost you nothing to have a consult with them. I really like all the staff. VERY HELPFUL.
