I went here for several years when I lived in the Kent area. We moved a few years ago and I transferred to a new office that was just down the street from our house. After experiencing some negative issues at that office over the last year, we decided to make the switch back to Kent Station Family Dentistry.
Dr. Mike and his staff have been great to work with! We are able to get appointments without lengthy delays and they are very thorough whether it's a cleaning or filling. My wife has had some anxiety with dentists in the past and said that she feels much more relaxed in this office.

One of the best dentist in town. I had 4 teeth that needed to be extracted but since I got a bad experience with the last dentist so I decided to postpone removing the last 2 teeth out of 4( I got 2 done with the first one). But kent station dentist office has made it perfectly without even just a tiny bit of pain while removing my wisdom teeth. If you were chicken like me,then this place is highly recommended.

I was very nervous about going to the dentist because of my dental phobia. The moment I arrived inside to officially check in (Covid). Mandi (excuse me if I misspelled your name) who was covering the Front Desk pleasantly greeted me and we spoke like we’ve know each other! Sophia Dental Hygienist was very pleasant, informative, and very professional! Dr. Mike was on vacation but Dr.Ashley covered. She was very professional and gave her honest opinion! I was very happy with her responses! I’m so blessed that a good friend referred me!

I had gone to them once before for my six year olds cleaning. They were really nice, and we found out he had a couple cavities we needed filled. We booked the appointment and I brought my son in today to have his cavities filled. My son was doing good, he got the shot of novocaine in his gums, we had him on nitrous gas to calm him down. He is six and didn't quite understand. He was doing good for a bit and we think the nitrous wore off because he started to panic (we think he was breathing through his mouth instead of the nose for the novocaine to take full effect. I love my dentist. I took a. Couple years off from my dentist so the wife can get braces with another insurance plan. When that was finished and I can back I remembered why I kept going here. The cleanings are very thorough. I talked my wife into coming here for the first time and she told me she has never had a better cleaning. When I came in the other day Megan brought me into to do a repair on a small chip. She was so friendly. It felt like family really. She was so nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Mike and staff are the best! The staff works well together to ensure a great experience every time. From front office to hygienist or assistant to Dr. Mike - they all make sure every interaction is positive.
They are really good about communicating any updates or concerns without pushing us to have unnecessary work done. They are also kind and gentle while working on our teeth. Our family has been going here for many years, and I highly recommend them.

The Dentist is great and the dental assistants are awesome. Terrible experience over the phone with the front desk agent. Severe lack of customer service skills. I tried to make an earlier appointment but they were able to schedule me out till the end of the month for a cleaning. That's fine I looked at other dental clinics so I could get in sooner. I was unhappy with the exam at the other clinic and wanted to follow through with my appointment at the end of the month. When I called and explained the situation to the front desk agent she was rude and passive. She said "I'll have to ask the Dr.

Overcharges and overtreats; you'll walk out with an $1800.00 ''treatment plan'' every visit, every year. Told my son he had 10 cavities. A second opinion revealed he had a light discoloration on two teeth but not a single cavity. My own second opinion revealed he killed a tooth while filling another tooth and overcharged by a LOT for ''deep cleaning.'' Charging by quadrants in the mouth, he would have charged all 4 quadrants and only one needed deep cleaned.

BEST dentist office I've EVER been to! The staff alone makes it exponentially better then most dental offices! Cheryl at the front desk is always eager to help and has the most pleasant voice I've ever heard. It actually calms you before your procedure. I've had a couple different techs/hygienists/assistants. Hailey is incredible and knows her stuff. I always feel I'm at the hands of a pro. Casey is also very great. Dr. Vega, their visiting Oral Surgeon is the most comfortable, professional, gentle dentist I've had in my life. He's only there one Saturday a month

I feel really lucky that we have found this dentist office. Their waiting room is relaxing and I love having a TV to watch to distract me from the procedures. We love Trina! She is gentle and has a kind approach to cleaning teeth. I always get some good advice on how to improve my routine. My husband who had a terrible experience in the past and loathed going to the dentist is finally happy to go to the dentist again. (Well, happy might be an exaggeration, but he does make it there, and always enjoys talking with the hygienist, etc. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Archuleta did some pro-bono dental work for me shortly after I got back from Iraq and exited the military. I did not have dental insurance but had some issues that he fixed beautifully at no charge. After that I went in for cleanings as well as a paying patient when I got insurance until I recently moved away from the area. The clinic is very clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the results are first rate. The bar was set so high by this dental office that after my move to the Bay Area I have been having difficulty finding a dentist that meets my expectations

I recently moved to Kent and was looking for a dentist. I read the reviews on here, so thought this place looked good because it was so close and was open late. I went in for a new patient exam/cleaning and was told that I had 5 cavities that needed to be filled, and 6 others that were likely to become cavities. When I expressed concern and surprise at having so many cavities (prior to this I had only had 2 in my life) the dentist said that maybe I only had 3 that needed to be filled. He also talked about prices which made me feel uncomfortable.

Let me just say I loathe the dentist with pretty much every fiber of my being. I had a few bad dentists in the past, and neglected going for a while. About 2 years ago, I found Dr. Mike thru my dental insurance. He's close to work, and he has some days where he is open late! A huge plus that I don't have to take off work. Everyone there from the dentist to the hygenists to the gals at the front desk is super nice! I always feel at ease when I come here. They've got drawings for hockey tickets, email lists, and TV's in the exam rooms. They are also super reasonably priced. Highly

Just got back from Dr. Mike (Archuleta) at the Kent Station Dentistry office and was so pleased that I had to write a review as soon as I got home! Dr. Mike is laid back and made me feel completely at ease. His office is beautiful and contemporary yet still has a "home-y" feel. The staff is very friendly and easygoing as well! I will be recommending to everyone I know!
