I first utilized The James Gang Dental Group in 2015 or so and have always found their professionalism, customer service and ability to promptly care for me to be top notch. As I've written in a prior review (that seems to have disappeared), the quality service starts at the front desk and carries through the scheduling, the treatment and the insurance/billing processes. After missing my annual physical and every 8 week hair appointment because of Covid, I decided my 6 month teeth cleaning (now pushing 10 months) could not wait any longer. I feel like compared to pretty much anywhere in public, the dental office is as sterile a place can be. Even before Covid, this office put plastic over everything they touch that they change between every patient. And now? The staff is gowned, gloved, goggled, face-masked, and face-shielded to the hilt. They did a very comprehensive questionnaire before I came in and also checked my temperature upon arrival. Overall, dental experience was fine. The service level was more details a few years ago but recently quality seems down comparing to before. Plus, there was a miscommunication issue causing a billing problem but the office refused to investigate further or escalate up before coming to a solution. It was disappointed on business operations but a lesson learned.

I came here from around 1985-1997 and absolutely loved it! I recently began going again and I love it even more! The ladies up front are great, everyone I've met in back has been wonderful, especially Dawn. She always makes sure I'm as comfortable as possible. I always leave with a smile! I recently visited the James Gang Dental Group for a filling. Having a filling done can cause a little stress, but both Dawn and George were great at making it a smooth process. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a very warm greeting from the staff. During the actual filling process, Dawn offered me a very comfy blanket which made the experience very relaxing, and was very kind. Professional. The Very Best customer service. Comfortable establishment. Generation family of dentistry. Are they expensive? Comparable with others, but the main difference is the decades of Experience they bring to their clients. You will feel reassured that they can tackle any dental issues you may have. The fear of visiting a dentist from back in the past are non existent. Modern day dentistry with old fashion customer service. I recommend them.

We love this dental office. We've been going here for almost 5 years. I have 4 daughters, ages 5 - 13. We make one appointment and all 4 of them have their teeth cleaned at the same time. They LOVE going to the dentist. My 5 year old's hygienist STILL has the picture my daughter colored for her up in her cubicle, three years later. The hygienists are wonderful and I trust Dr. Gozstola and Dr. Ayling and know that they have the best interests of our family at heart.

This office had NEVER ONCE contacting me by phone or mail or email to let me know I owed them money beyond what my insurance paid for. my 1st time hearing about it was when collections called me. so unprofessional and illegal. I am currently saving money to buy a house and making sure my credit is good and this office has nothing but horrible lazy people working the front desk that they didnt even think to try to contact me. I would have paid the stupid 200 dollars over the phone if someone would have contacted me.

Called to ask for an appointment. A woman named Meeka answered very cheerfully. I began talking and asked if she had any appointments and she hung up the phone. Literally click! Like and old school phone.
I called back (benefit of the doubt) and she answered again cheerfully. I spoke again, and she got rude and said

I left my first encounter with the James Gang Dental Group a very satisfied customer. My wisdom tooth was causing me A LOT!! of pain. Not only did the staff get me an appointment the next day, but also worked out a way to have the extraction done on my first visit. Dr. Gosztola, and Lindsay his assistant are a winning combination! He is MORE than a great Dentist, he is very gentle, and a kind human being! He takes pride in his Dentistry, and goes out of his way, to make sure you are comfortable. I can't imagine having to go to a different dental office. Lindsay, his assistant, makes sure you are comfortable and explains what is going on, and she is funny, and gets your mind off what is going on! I've been coming here for over ten years even though this dentist is no longer in my preferred provider because they are wonderful! I never feel like they are doing more than what is needed, and all my dental work has been long lasting. Never had any fillings/crowns have issues yet and the staff are great.
