We went to urgent care for COVID19 testing and after an hour of waiting and lining outside the clinic then they said that we can't be test for COVID19 only for those who have symptoms" . This is a ridiculous customer service when they post a notice on the the door that only for those patients who have symptoms will get a test. In the first place they didn't inform the people waiting outside before that, they will only taking patient without symptoms and that is unfair for us and other patients. It doesn't matter if they have symptoms or not they come there for a test to be sure they are not infected

Stay away from all their hospitals even for testing. They always hit you with undisclosed and surprise bills. Even after I went for a test and pay their cash price for the test. Later go other bills for additional services that were never disclosed. In addition, wait time was 3 hours for a simple test.

Memorial Hospital is a Deathtrap. Memorial Hospital has an abysmal lack of sanitation standards and a staff devoid of empathy. Three of my loved ones died from infections, while under the "care" of Memorial. You would think that a broken leg would not be considered a medical death sentence in the 21st century. Well that is if you didn't know about Memorial Hospital. My grandfather was admitted for a broken leg after a fall and the nurses decided to catharize him to avoid having to walk him to the bathroom. However, his chart had a do not catharize order due to his enlarged prostate that the nurses

We visited the ER on November 2019 because my husband had a very bad stomach pain. It took them 4 hrs the put him on a bed another 2 hrs to see the doctor, just for when he arrived diagnosed him with “gastritis” without doing any type of exam. He got some medication and an X-RAY which did not help at all.
The reason I’m giving them 1 star is because what he has is not gastritis it is a stomach bacteria. The bill was over $4000 just for nothing.

My husband and I went for our COVID-19 vaccines this morning at Memorial Miramar. The process was fast, efficient, and actually a pleasant experience. I had a 9 AM appointment and I had been vaccine by 9:08 AM. My husband had a 915 appointment, and we were in our car by 9:30 AM. Thank you again Memorial Hospital for being there for us. I had my first child there almost 46 years ago. I have now moved to Palm Beach County and still consider Memorial Hospital My Hospital. Thank you

I Went to the dania location, Arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment and was told "sign the sheet and sit down" which I did. I waited until 5 minutes before my appointment and walked up to ask if there was any forms I needed to fill out as it was my first appointment and before I could even ask if there was anything to fill out I was told "sir you need to sit down, there's a list of people waiting and you're not special". I tried to tell the receptionist that I was just wondering if I needed to fill out any paperwork but she mid sentence turned around and walked
