Working with Richard has been great. Richard's best trait is communication. He always responds to any questions I have within a few hours, but usually he responds immediately. There a few times where we wanted to meet up with very short notice, and he was able to drop what he was doing to help us right away. He is also very knowledgeable about the real estate process, and was able to answer any question we threw his way.
He also has great negotiation skills and his suggestions likely helped me get a lower price on the house than if I was negotiating on my own.
