Services
Children experience an enriched learning environment through collaboration and small group work where they feel supported and nurtured throughout their early childhood journey. Teachers and staff develop curriculum to meet the current interests and needs of the children in the class through observation, interaction and inquiry.

It's our belief that young children grow and develop best in a nurturing, co-learning environment guided by intentional, child-centered practices. Our teachers develop authentic, meaningful relationships with each child in an interactive, play-based environment where children acquire the foundations for reading, writing, logical thinking and problem solving.
Our curriculum fosters growth in children spiritually, emotionally, physically, socially and intellectually helping them develop into confident, competent and caring individuals and life-long learners. Aligning with the California Early Learning Foundations, MCP curriculum emerges from the child's interests, conversations, ideas and people in the environment.
QualityStart OC is a community partnership, led by the Orange County Department of Education, focused on raising the quality of early learning programs across the county. MCP has participated in the Quality Start OC program since 2014 and proudly maintains a 4 Star-Highest Quality rating. 1. Raising community awareness on the importance of investing in high quality early learning, so all Orange County's children have a strong start.
