3 stars for the three women I dealt with in the office. Very friendly and professional. Prices on rental properties aren't bad. Never had a problem with maintenance. What I had a problem with was them keeping half of my $895 deposit. $201 for a PLASTIC sliding closet door. Yes, it needed to be replaced and I take ownership in that... But $201??? I don't think so. Secondly, another $235 for "cleaning and deorderizing". I cleaned that house from top to bottom before I left. There was NOTHING that had to be cleaned. (stove, refrigerator, bathroom, rooms, closets, garage - ALL SPOTLESS) The house was

Be careful. They will keep part or all of your deposit as they wish. Not a trustworthy Realtors firm. They kept more than $200 of my deposit and I left the property in better conditions than when I took it.
