This meeting takes around 20 minutes and will give you an idea of how the program works, our training schedule, what to expect, and more. We will also uncover your goals and make sure we're the right fit for what you're looking to achieve.

If you want to help your son or daughter stay active in a supportive and fun environment, learn good exercise and nutrition habits, and get in shape for other activities or sports, then this program is for them. These training sessions are 50 minutes in duration and are designed to help improve speed, agility, coordination, balance, quickness, and overall fitness.

Joining CTS is one of the best decisions I have made. This is not just a gym it's a family. Everyone (yes I mean everyone) is welcoming and provide support even when you feel at your most vulnerable. Those in your group cheer you on and keep you motivated. The coaching staff is awesome and provide challenging workouts all while altering movements to meet your needs. If you're considering CTS don't hesitate. This gym is hands down the best!

When I work out at CTS I feel like I can conquer the world, I feel invincible. I have never felt this way working out at other places. I started CTS in 2016, wanting to lose some weight. I was immediately addicted to the workouts. My life was changed for the better. Not only did I lose weight but I gained confidence, self love, new lifestyle and so many life long friends. I also was member of the month for August 2016. There is zero judgement, only unlimited member support. The day I started CTS was one of the best decisions of my life. Come and join us!!!!

I cannot say enough about what a great gym CTS Fitness & Performance is! The programs are well structured and vary so that you are always working different muscle groups. The team of trainers are positive, fun and professional. The friendly atmosphere makes it easy to fit in whether you are a beginner just getting started or long time member. I highly, highly recommend CTS for both student athletes and adults.

Love this gym! The workouts are fun and challenging and addicting! The staff and members make you feel like you’re family. They all care about you and your fitness goals. I have been a member for over a year and I am probably the healthiest I’ve ever been. Best 💰 spent for what you get back! My son has been part of the youth program and his athletic endurance has greatly improved. It’s a great community!

Definitely a welcoming place! I do the Adult Fitness classes and they are not intimidating at all! I think it’s pretty special that all the trainers know everyone by name and make it a point to say hello, give words of encouragement throughout the workout, and celebrate success at the end with group high fives and kudos. Such a clean gym to boot! Love the workouts... designed to push you but make you feel successful at the same time. Always something new and different and never boring! Trainers are there to coach and train and aren’t distracted by getting in their own workout during class.

My husband and I have been going to CTS now for 2 years. This is such a great program, I’m stronger and healthier than I’ve ever been! The coaches are phenomenal. The gym provides a comfortable welcoming atmosphere with a great group of people! I never thought I would like exercise, but thanks to CTS I love it.
