Growing up in Brazil, Danielly was an active and athletic person until immigrating to the US. Being new to this country and without a network of family and friends, she used food to comfort her loneliness and emotions, quickly gaining 45 pounds with soaring cholesterol. Danielly tried losing weight through every diet book, took diet pills, and always searched for weight-loss short-cuts, mostly feeling frustrated and depressed.
Founder of Danielly's Fitness and certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), Danielly specializes in training people of all levels and inspires them to maximize their fitness, health and well-being. Whether just a beginner, or looking to master powerlifting, she can help you pass those barriers and achieve your specific goals.

I did online personal training with Claudia for three months. It was worth every penny! The training is excellent, Claudia is a very skilled and talented trainer. The workouts were consistently challenging and fun. Scheduling was easy and straightforward.
If you have some fitness goals or are trying to figure out where to start, I highly recommend reaching out to Danielly. She and the training staff really care about their clients.

We have been working out with Danielly for the last 5 weeks and we can already see the difference in our energy and muscles! She is very knowledgable about weight training and structures each workout to match the strength and potential of each individual, even in a group setting. We loved every minute with her and look forward to working out with her whenever we are in Sonoma. She even came up with some fun obstacle courses for our daughter, and made sure everyone was being challenged, but having fun at the same time! Highly recommend Danielly!

This is for Claudia, one of Danielly's trainers. My wife has been with her a few monthes and her balance , strength, and mood has changed dramatically. I have used Danielly for two plus years and shes wonderful. We always start with what hurts this week. ?? She works around whatever is going on and even if I feel like crap before a work out at the end Im' so glad I stuck with it and kept the appointment. I think Ive missed a handful in 2 years. Shes wonderful. She has integrated pilattes, yoga, many many variations she finds somewhere and I always have a monthly plan of what to do and

Danielly is AWESOME! We booked Danielly to come to a house we rented for a girls weekend. Not only did she have all the equipment you could ever want, but she changed up the bootcamps daily. The music was fun and so was she! Highly recommend!

I have been working out with Danielly for the past 2 years. She is hands down the best Personal Trainer! She is knowledgeable, kind, had a great sense of humor and will push you to do your personal best every time. When COVID hit, Danielly dedicated every Sunday morning to workout virtually with people from all over - for free. Gyms had closed and she was giving back to her community and beyond. Danielly is amazing! She travelled to our Airbnb for a morning workout and was so much fun. She brought equipment, got everybody excited, and then put us through a fun but intense workout (like they do on the beaches of Brazil). Everybody loved her. Highly recommend!

A friend of mine insisted that I call Danielly to help with my fitness goals. I was looking to get some strength after not going to the gym for a few years. I was hesitant to call her because I had been "tortured" by personal trainers in the past, and being a bit weak, feared the worst.
After almost a year working out with Danielly, I have seen enormous results in my strength and wellbeing. Not only did she make sure she was catering to my specific strength level, age, and injuries, she also made it fun.
Danielly is an absolute joy, and I couldn't imagine doing this without her

How do you review someone who got you to lose 77 pounds? How do you review someone who helps you get your confidence back? How do you review someone who treats you like you are an amazing individual and pushes you to your highest capability? Easy. Danielly is hands-down the best. Make no mistake, she IS tough but also she is very kind. She will take into consideration your pain then push you to do just one more set. Why? Because she understands your potential!
