This place is disgusting, roaches everywhere refrigerator, walls, doors, bathroom, kitchen and all over the floors. There’s mold just caked on the a/c vents, mold in the bathroom. I would not recommend anyone living in these pig style place. Please Please go make a wall through your room before making any kind of deposit or putting money down on this disgusting place.

Great place to live and pretty quiet from what it was years ago! The Management have done a wonderful job in getting this place cleaned up and safe for families to feel safe again in this area! The ladies in the front office are so nice, and are willing to work with you with all that is going on in this world they understand unlike some businesses! Would definitely recommend to my family and friends! Keep up the good work

The staff is amazing! These are great apartments in a great area. The office and and maintenance staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I can honestly say I haven’t been to an apartment complex where it is nice and quiet, I feel safe and I’m able to go to work and not worry that something will happen while I am gone.
I have loved my time here, I will always recommend it to others.

I really enjoyed my stay at Vanderbilt Apartments. Office staff was very respectful and courteous to me. On site maintenance responded around the clock and even resolved an issue I had in the middle of the night. Property manager Liz was amazing, always thinking of ways to help residents, improve the property, and provide a family environment. Highly recommended!

Worst of the worst apartments., bad service, to many violence, the criminal rate is ridiculous, bad management, the roads inside there are bad they will mess up your suspension, then ladies up front always with the same dam attitude. Its like lady if you don't like your job why do you do it? Any Refinery Worker avoid this place. Go to other places.
