Maintenance is insanely slow, the place is rather sketchy and pest control pretty much never comes by. When you first move in, maintenance and the leasing office is on top of EVERYTHING! But after you're there for roughly 3 months or so, they become horrible. We did paperwork to get our bathtub resurfaced back in November and it was NEVER DONE! Also we annotated our front window having a rather large crack in it when we first moved in and that was never taken care of either. If you need a place to stay very quickly I would recommend it. However if you have time to really look around and have options
