I never even got a your of apartment. Kept getting told it wasn't ready. Then once I gave the $50 for application fee, I never heard from them again. I left 4 out 5 voicemail, 3 emails, and called dozens of times. I'm sure they will use the storm as an excuse, but it was still going on about 2 weeks after storm and a good 3-4 days after everybody had power again. It was like it was a burden I wanted an apartment

Been here barely for almost two months now. Have had ac, fridge and other issues. They wouldn’t allow me to move into a 2 bed half bath because it wasn’t “checked properly” but put me and me son in a one bedroom without proper ac working before hand. Every time I request a maintenance order I have to go into the office because it’s never answered, and I’m always told “oh they usually good about calls” but the property managers would rather walk out of the office and fight with a tenant then fix the issue respectfully or just answer a phone call. Then tell me they don’t even have

I’m not the one to comment or leave reviews, but with it being as bad as it is I will. As soon as I moved in I noticed trails of roaches crawling on the ceiling, in my cabinets, EVERYWHERE & Ants & Spiders. I called & they said they’d “take care of it.” So I waited & the guy they sent over “checked” I let him know there was roaches & other bugs. He then proceeded to check, next thing I know I go into my room for a minute the next I come out & he’s gone all I heard him say is “you’re good” on the way out, but he left before I could get to him. So I TOOK CARE OF IT MYSELF money

Chasity Dunlap- Leasing Consultant is beyond great! She is not only professional, but very courteous. She responds promptly and efficiently to emails sent and tries her utmost best to accommodate and answer every question I have. The apartments are wonderfully remodeled and the complex is clean and quiet. Maintenance was quick to respond to a couple of move-in requests I had as well. I am so happy I found an apartment here! I referred my daughter here and she loves her apartment as well.

So the process of moving into these apartments was really fast. Chasity kept me up to date on everything and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all with all the questions I had ! The apartment wasn’t ready to move in when she was told otherwise and she has done everything to make me happy to live here. There were a few electrical issues in the bathroom and I’m sure she will get everything taken care of! She all in all had amazing customer service and really knows how to keep a resident happy! I definitely will recommend these apartments. What we once knew was Ashton oaks is definitely changed

Just got through touring the complex and I am in love with the place. The apartments look very nice and clean. I love the brand new appliances and the cute little color scheme they have going on. The staff is nice and friendly and made me feel welcome and at home. Can’t wait until i get my key! #firstplace

Y’all the staff is AMAZING!! Blair makes you feel so welcome right at home, Juliana is so kind. Chasity is Awesome. They’ve really turned this place around for THE BETTER all new roads parking lots all new apartments inside and out ,SECURITY is perfect! I can HONESTLY say I love LOVE it here now!!! If your looking for a place YOU HAVE TO COME HERE when I say beautiful inside and out I MEAN IT!!!!
