This academy is led by Jimmy Wong. As much as I'd like to call him a Master, he is not my master anymore - I realized my life is better spent elsewhere. Having been there for nearly twenty years and learning a great deal of forms and discipline from everyone else but Jimmy. I can say I'm a pretty average student despite stopping at blue jacket with a blue belt - the level is intermediate. Objectively, depending how eager and determined you are to learning, the faster or further you go here.
The school has about two classes on most of its regular opening days - the Tai Chi class and the Kung Fu

I began Tai Chi here two years ago due to severe injuries to both knees. The knees have fully recovered better than anyone could have imagined. Further, my tendency to have severe altitude sickness when at mountain elevation is gone. This had been a serious issue for decades. Benefits of sticking to the program are extensive and diverse, depending upon the individual. Instruction is very good.

I have been at this school for over 4 years taking Shaolin Kung Fu. This place is very family friendly. The Kung Fu is very authentic just like you would see in any Jackie Chan or Jet Li movie (and yes, even Kung Fu Panda). Don't even get me started on the Lion and Dragon dance...that will be another day.
