As a busy professional working in the mental health field, T'ai Chi has allowed me to integrate into my daily life a unique and complimentary mind-body discipline very different from traditional western practices. It provides me a powerful means of reducing stress and improving focus, without unrealistic investments of time and energy.
The largest city central square in the world, the solemn and respectful Tiananmen Square is not only the symbol of Beijing but also the symbol of China. This immense courtyard is the site of many historic events. The square is surrounded by a variety of significant edifices: Chinese Revolution History Museum, Mao Mausoleum, Great Hall of the People, the elegant and beautiful Tiananmen (Heavenly Peace Gate), and Qianmen (Front Gate).
The magnificent Forbidden City is the world's largest and best-preserved imperial palace complex. Surrounded by a moat that is six meters deep and a ten-meter high wall are 9,999 rooms - just one room short of the number that ancient Chinese believed represented divine perfection. Once having entered the Forbidden City, visitors are transported to a spacious world of great luxury that had a culture of its own.
The Great Wall is one of the eight wonders of the world and is the only man-made structure that is visible from the moon. This immense wall was built to keep out invaders as well as to retain the inhabitants. It spans five provinces (6,700 kilometers, or 2,587 miles) from Shanhaiguan Pass in the east to Jiayuguan Pass in the west.

Master Jiah is very knowledgeable and expert in all type of Kung Fu Martial Arts.. he’s very patient with me, and if he sees that you like a type of ti chi or any work out, he focuses with you to excel it and do it in the best manner. He doesn’t explain much by words but he shows you and work with you over and over practicing until you get it right and it becomes natural and organic. I feel my energy flowing smoothly while exercising and I feel I am with my family. Master Steve, Lisa, Joe and Travis are my brothers and sisters and they are very supportive. Each one of them will work with you

I have trained seriously in traditional martial arts in Boston and Pittsburgh for a few years, and took some private bagua lessons with Sifu Jia when I was in Dallas.
He's the real deal. He has a deep understanding of martial arts, and can teach the deeper understanding that allows for incredible change in your internal and external condition. In 3 lessons he taught me things that have completely changed and deepened the way I practice.

My son just started going to this school. I really like Instructor Jia, who made my son felt welcome and kept him interested throughout the class. I have tried taking my son to a number of martial art facilities in NY, before we moved to Dallas. He often ran away from it. It could've been his age but I am grateful that he likes Instructor Jia and his teaching!

I've been taking classes here for the last 2 years. Instructors are great, class sizes are typically small and we have the opportunity to work on a variety of styles. Best place I've taken TaiChi in the area.
