I would like to share the experience I’ve had at Fountains Matthews as it has exceeded my expectations.
I recently relocated to the area from Virginia for work & ultimately chose to live in Matthews instead of Charlotte. I toured 7 different communities in the area over a weekend & was extremely impressed with this community.
Kelsey was the one who showed me around & presented multiple options, which I was very thankful for as I wasn’t sure when exactly I was going to move.
I was impressed with the cleanliness of the community, the amenities, and how friendly the other residents were as

After doing a lot of research on the surrounding area and apartments I decided to make an appointment to view Fountains Matthews. Upon entering I was greeted by my name and shown the most beautiful apartment. I am so excited to be living here and have had a wonderful experience. I can't say enough good things about this place.

I expected better from Greystar. Like all other properties, management makes their decision to deny applicants based on the inaccuracies of a third party careless background check. I’m speaking of Lease Desk, the company used by The Fountains. I was denied due to FALSE information on my criminal background check - I’ve never been guilty of anything more than a speeding ticket!! Besides that, I have a great career in healthcare and have been an employee with the hospital for 15+ years.

My boyfriend and I just moved into the Fountains in September and we couldn’t be more happy! The staff has been extremely welcoming and the apartments are phenomenal. The complex is clean, quite, and safe. Kasey from the leasing office has made me feel so welcome! I’m so happy we decided to move in here.
