Horrible. First there was mold growing in the vent of the apartment and none of the doors worked properly. We put a maintenance request in but nothing was ever done. We ran away from the apartment as fast as we could get a new one and had told office multiple times that we were leaving and to not renew the lease. We started paying month to month until we moved out because our lease expired. 8 months after we moved out we got a call from collection because the apartment didn't have proof that we weren't renewing our lease so they charged us 1200 dollars. The office either can't or won't help us

We lived in Lexington Station apts for 2 years. When you live an apt complex you take the good with the bad especially when they are inexpensive. We had really kind neighbors and a relatively quiet building.
The pool area was clean and checked on often for non residents. The main office has been updated with the gym (elliptical machines) they are also updating the apts with a grey paint and grey flooring, it looks great.
Our building did experience theft issues so I would recommend keeping your personal items locked away and cataloged.

I lived at these apartments for over 4 years and have been satisfied. I been through three different property managers at this sight and the one who stands out is Mrs. Tonya. She was very informative about any questions asked concerning property matters. The new maintenance guy Mason is very adamant about his job and will fix any problem you have. I did not agree with rent increases because I felt nothing new was added for the price. However the property manager was very professional and the maintenance staff was great. I would recommend these apartments for those to reasons.

Not a good value price wise verses the amminities you get there. Very deceptive with hidden fees after you sign a lease...they charge you an $18 fee just to get your water meter read each month among others. The pool during the summer is absolutely disgusting and random people who dont live there take over daily. There were numerous domestic disputes among residents and cops were called regularly. Keep shopping around if you are looking for an anpartment...you can find much better value in Lexington.
