Very poor management. Management is non existent. They don’t care about nothing unless you moving in and making payments. Once you in they have nothing to do with you. If you terminate your lease they’ll tell you there trying to sell your apt but will wait till your contract over so they can collect full lease payment even though keys were turned in and didn’t have access to the apartment for months but the made me still pay and didn’t try to sell the apartment. Even during a pandemic they will financially drain you out of every penny NO MATTER WHAT.

Lived in Salisbury Village for more than 2 years. The apartments are nice, clean and spacious. The community is safe. The leasing office staffs are super friendly and helpful. We had a major accident in the apartment but the help and support we got from Becki Robinson (Property manager) was commendable. The maintenance guys are great. I felt sad leaving the place and if I ever move back to Salisbury would definitely love to stay there again.

Horrible customer service since the beginning of March when new management arrived. Cannot get anyone on phone. Paid off lease. Moved out then one month later after no one wanted to do a move out walk through was charged over 800 dollars in carpet replacement fees. Called to inquire for pictures and documentation no one ever returned phone calls. Still going through this process. DO NOT MOVE HERE!...

Finally got in contact asked for higher up . Rental manager called ahead to get her story across before I could speak to them. Higher up even never would take my calls. Only emails. They

I lived here from October 2017 to July 2019 and really loved it. The managers are very kind and patient, and send out clear communication to the community. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with an elegant quality, including large baseboards, beautiful doors, etc. Maintenance men are very knowledgable and helpful and take care of any issue immediately. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pool is lovely and calming. Amenities such as office space, laundry, and a workout room are also a plus. I moved in here on June 29. So far so good. Some what clean - breezeway could use scrubbing. Couple times there have been dog poo right by the doggie trash can.
Pool is beautiful. Gym is clean and great. My apartment is quiet and I love the patio. I was a little worried about apartment living but I would pick this place again.
