Matt and Joel were easy to work with and stayed loyal during the challenging times of planning and rescheduling a wedding during COVID. They went out of their way to make the difficult drive up to Connecticut and didn’t miss a beat. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with EBE and our DJ Benny James and his wife Faye. In my opinion music will make or break a wedding. From the moment the music started our dance floor was packed. They played the perfect mix of old and new, requests and must plays. It could not have been drawn up any better. Benny and Faye checked every single box.

Sonny the Host was the MC at our older son's Bar Mitzvah and as soon as it was over we booked him for our younger son's Bar Mitzvah! He does such an incredible job keeping the energy up and getting all the kids and adults involved. He truly cares about and enjoys his job, and it really shows! We hired EBE POPPHILLY for our wedding back in early 2019. Unfortunately, due to covid, we ended up having to move our wedding a couple times. Pop Philly was super accommodating and understanding and lucky for us, we were able to keep Pop Philly as our EBE band for our wedding last weekend. EBE POPPHILLY was absolutely amazing! The band leader (was Corey, now is Renee) was super easy and a pleasure to work with and EBE POPPHILLY was exactly what we were looking for for our wedding. Even a month and half after our wedding, we are still getting compliments about how great EBE Rio were at our wedding! Extremely professional, great communication, and tremendous flexibility to play special request songs. Band leader Jonathan played during our ceremony, which was a highlight for our guests, and then the full band was just tremendous the rest of the night. The only downside was that many guests missed part of their meals or dessert because they never left the dance floor. We booked EBE Talent for our June 5th wedding which means that scheduling and booking was done during the middle of the pandemic. We hired DJ Dre Ovalles to provide bi-lingual services to our half Spanish, half English speaking guests and also purchased the Silver Lighting package to get the party poppin'.
The event was a big success and Ben was able to make the event work within our budget. The lights were really cool and Dre did an excellent job of keeping the dance floor busy and the dinner music at a level that wouldn't bother our guests.
The only caveat I do have to give is that booking

EBE Talent was amazing!! We worked with Love 77 and Anita our band leader was so awesome! She was so organized and made the planning aspects so easy! The band was amazing.. people were commenting all night how awesome they were and afterwards as well. They really work with the crowd to get everyone up and dancing which made the night so much fun. I have to agree with others on this platform who have mentioned how incredibly unhelpful EBE has been throughout the Coronavirus. I had to postpone and then cancel my wedding (though we did get married!). Even though we cancelled more than five months ahead of the scheduled date, they not only kept my deposit, but charged me an extra 50% as well. DO NOT BOOK without wedding insurance that will stand against the pandemic. I'm only sorry we got involved with them.

We hired them for our wedding September last year. And I would like to give a special shout out to Anil's team. They did an amazing job from preparation to performance. His team was very active and patient from the very beginning.
Our guests were very impressed at their performance during the wedding, especially the female vocalist. And our DJ, Jon, did an amazing job at making sure there is music throughout the entire event, and he played his track very nicely.
The overall experience is excellent, and we are glad we chose them to handle our music!

Thank you EBE talent! We had Josh as our MC for our wedding and he was fabulous! He made sure everyone had a great time and really knew how to run the party! He checked on us multiple times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves! The DJ played the songs we asked for and knew what songs would make people get up and dance. We also had a drummer play alongside the DJ and if you can, definitely add this! It adds so much life to the music and everyone loved it. Thank you Josh and crew for making it a night to remember!

After doing a lot of research on DJs, I decided to go with EBE because I felt that all of our communications were honest, forthright, and professional and that they were genuinely concerned with my goals (as opposed to another company who quoted me one price and then sent me a contract for over $100 more).
In addition, our DJ, Jon, was fantastic. Timely, professional, easy going and excellent with music, guests and requests.
I will definitely use them again any time I need a DJ for my events!

Tom Hefferon and his wife were our DJ/MC for our winter wedding last year. The music was the thing we cared about most when it came to wedding planning.. Tom was attentive to detail and completely understood our vision for the night! We gave him a genre of music that we liked and he ran with it based off of guest vibes. It was well worth the evening to meet with everyone and pick the Emcee that will be suit your style of wedding. We worked with Anthony Yates aka DJ Soul who was perfect every step of the way. We had EBE Pop Philly entertain at our daughters wedding in Philadelphia. They performed for both the cocktail hour and reception, as well as setting up audio for the ceremony. We were thrilled from start to finish. Corey was so great to deal with and understood what we wanted. We hired D.J. Charles "Caution" Robinson for our wedding on 4/14/18 and he had everyone on the dance floor ALL NIGHT LONG! That was exactly what we wanted. There were 6 year olds out there & 89 year olds out there! We did the cha-cha slide, swag surfed and even heard some Spice Girls. Let me say this: I'm at that age when I go to a lot of weddings. All my friends are getting married and I have heard many Dj's in the past few years.

This review is long overdue! We had Rio from EBE at our wedding and they were phenomenal!!!! Jonathan Harwood was the band leader and worked with me to make the process effortless and ensure we were on the same page for music, requests, etc. He and his band also learned a few new songs just for our wedding! My ceremony and reception was on Long Island, but I used to live in Philly so I knew how amazing EBE was and asked if they would come to NY. I received so many comments after the wedding about how much fun everyone had and how amazing the band was. Long Island is known to have some good bands

I attended a company party at Winterthur and EBE was the entertainment. For cocktail hour - the first song I heard when we arrived through the doors was a brass instrumental of Nikki Minaj "Starships".
I then went to the ladies room to freshen up and met one of the 5 vocalists (FIVE! 2 guys, 3 gals) who was super-sweet.
They played softer music during cocktails and louder pop and a few oldies during the party.
The also played "Happy" by Pharell 3 times. (That was a bit much.) They also played "Starships" again with vocals.
