Services
We provide easy access to counseling, education, and opportunities to connect through service. Employ a variety of clinicians of different cultures, backgrounds, styles and areas of expertise. At One Life Counseling Center, we are passionate about training future therapists in developing solid clinical and practice-building skills.
We at One Life Counseling are so pleased you have decided to join our team of compassionate volunteers helping make this a more supportive environment for those in need. Please check if your organization has an "Employee Match Program", which may have two parts: (1) "Donation Match" to match cash donations, and (2) "Volunteer Match" to reward volunteer hours with a cash match.
If you are feeling stuck call our main number and we have people that can help you find a great fit. We have trainees, associates and licensed therapists and their fees will vary. Associates and Trainees may charge less and you receive not only their expertise but they are closely supervised so in many ways you are getting two therapists for one low fee.
We provide individual and group therapy. With over 40 therapists we cover a broad range of services and specialties. Their process starts with a state of the art brainwave analysis, which isolates specific areas of the brain that are not fully functioning or communicating as they should.
Able Works equips individuals with financial education, life skills and assets that enable one to live free from oppression and poverty. San Mateo PAL's Family Support, Education & Mental Wellness program embeds mental health services into the San Mateo Police Activities League programming. They create an easy transition for recipients to receive mental health services, linkages to community services, and connection to psycho-education.
